BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF' THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Karl Nollenberger, City Manager be, and he is hereby ,
designated as the city official who is authorized to execute all
documents concerning Environmental Protection Agency Grants, numbers
C-48-1254-02, C-48-1254-03, and C-48-1254-04, for the construction
of the Wastewater Treatment Works for the City of Beaumont.
