R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Chivas Place Drive has completed
the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements on
Chivas Place Drive from Major Drive to a point 430 feet west of
Major Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
on Chivas Place Drive division, as above described, be, and the same
are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
