R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 3 , 1983, the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to A. W . Busby Contracting , Inc. in the amount of
$1 ,375.00 for demolition of the following structures:
650 Elm
(3 structures)
2022 Oakland
3650 St. Helena
(Garage)
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT demolition of the above listed structures is hereby accepted
by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby ,
authorized to make final payment to A . W. Busby Contracting, Inc. in
the amount of $1 ,375 .00 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
