R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 1 , 1983 bids were received for a contract
to pave Willow Bend Drive; and,
WHEREAS, Maco Construction, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $181 ,383 .00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Maco Construction, Inc . is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Maco Construction, Inc . is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Maco Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$181 ,388 .00 for a contract to pave Willow Bend Drive.
