R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the purchase
of a tract of land needed for the landfill access road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following tract of land from the J . L.
Caldwell Company Trust at a price of $35,305.00 is hereby approved;
A 3 .15 acre tract of land out of Lot D, Block 29
and Lot D, Block 28 of the Heflebower and Scott
Subdivision and a portion of the abandoned thirty
foot road right-of-way and a portion of Lot 6 of
the M . C . Cartwright Subdivision.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
