R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the purchase from Joe O ' Fiel of a tract of land
needed for a sewer easement has been negotiated for the appraised
value;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase from Joe O' Fiel of a 6 ,267 .5 square foot tract
in the David Brown Survey by the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all purposes, for the sum of $4 ,321 .00 is hereby
authorized.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
