R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 3 , 1982, the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to E . R. Dupuis Concrete Company in the amount of
$229 ,800.50 for construction of the street and drainage project on
Stagg Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed at a cost of
$232,437 .35 which is $2,636 .85 above contract price due to variations
in estimated quantities;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Stagg Drive Street and Drainage Project is hereby accepted
by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby ,
authorized to make final payment to E . R. Dupuis Concrete Company in
the amount of $12,951.87 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day o f , 19 01-3 .
