WHEREAS, on December 14, 1982 the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to A & P Construction in the amount of $10 ,400 .00 for
foundation repairs at the Tyrrell Park Garden Center; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT foundation repairs at the Tyrrell Park Garden Center are hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to make final payment to A & P Contractors in the
amount of $10 ,400. 00 .
