BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF' THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to approve
and execute the necessary documents to pay the City' s share for the
construction of a portion of Major Drive in the amount of
$182 , 300 .00 as agreed to in the Major Roadway Improvement Plan
approved in 1980.
