BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 1983 CDBG Jobs Bill Statement of Projected Use of Funds be,
and the same is hereby , amended to allow $250,000 .00 to be used to
provide rehabilitation loans for applicants outside of the Community
Development Strategy Area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to approve revision of the program guidelines as
submitted.
