BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF' BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
an agreement with Traffic Engineers, Inc. for engineering services
in connection with the Traffic Signal Timing Design Project in an
amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
( $20,500.00) .
