WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for
maintenance of electric typewriters; and,
WHEREAS, Precision Office Products, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of approximately $8 ,750.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Precision Office Products, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Precision office Products, Inc. is hereby accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Precision Office Products, Inc. in the amount
of approximately $8 ,750.00 for maintenance of electric typewriters.
