WHEREAS, on August 20, 1982 , the City of Beaumont
awarded a contract to Russ Miller Construction Company for EPA
Grant #C-481254-04 Contract 12A-Segment 36 Sanitary Sewage System
Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to accept
the work performed under EPA Grant #C-481254-04 Contract
12A-Segment 36 Sanitary Sewage System Improvements and to make
final payment to Russ Miller Construction Company in the amount of
$63,835 .24 .
