WHEREAS, on July 27 , 1982, the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to Gulf Coast Hydro-Turf in the amount of $14 ,300.00 for
hydraulic seeding of the ten sports fields at Babe Zaharias Park;
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the hydraulic seeding of the ten sports fields at Babe Zaharias
Park is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager
be, and he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to Gulf Coast
Hydro-Turf in the amount of $1 ,430 .00 .
