BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
agreements with Fittz , Crozier and Shipman for engineering
services in connection with the Highland Avenue T .I .P. Project;
Kohler and Kohler for engineering services in connection with the
Concord Road T.I .P. Project; and, Schaumburg and Polk for
engineering services in connection with the College Street T. I . P .
Project.
