BE IR RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized and directed
to enter into and execute an industrial district agreement with
Estech, Inc. for a one-year term beginning January 1 , 1983, and
ending December 31, 1983, providing for a payment in lieu of taxes
in the amount of $2 ,875.00 ; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby , authorized and directed to attest to same and to affix the
seal of the City thereto.
