R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 20 , 1983, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Winter King and Son for reroofing and repairs
to the Tyrrell Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $15,525 .81 to Winter King and Son
for reroofing and repairs to the Tyrrell Historical Library.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
