WHEREAS, bids were received for a 36-month lease/purchase
agreement for one ( 1 ) coin-operated copier; and,
WHEREAS, Office Development Systems, Inc. of Beaumont,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $8 ,995.68 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Office Development Systems , Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Office Development Systems, Inc. in the amount of
$8,995.68 for the lease/purchase of a coin-operated copier be
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a lease/purchase agreement therefor.
