R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 10,1982, the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract for construction of Segment 36 Sanitary Sewage Systems
Improvements, Contract 12A, EPA Grant #C-481254-04, to Russ Miller
Construction Co. ; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being proposed in the amount
of $31, 365.00 to provide for the adjustment of final quantities to
as-built quantities and to reflect all items of necessary work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 , in the amount of $31 ,365.00, to the contract
between the City of Beaumont and Russ Miller Construction Company
increasing the amount of the contract to $1 ,179 ,746 .00 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of i- 19 43 .
