R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for Spur 380 - Lamar Freeway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
approved;
Parcel 23 - 0 .0584 of an acre out of Lots 9 and
10, Block 2 , Arlington Addition
Value: $9,748 .00
Owner: Mobil Oil Corporation
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
