R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 1 , 1983, the City of Beaumont approved
Resolution 83-83 awarding to F .E.H. Construction (Robert E. Jones)
a contract in the amount of $1 ,670. 00 for demolition of the
structure next to 3699 Goliad; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the demolition of the structure next to 3699 Goliad is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to make final payment to F .E.H. Construction
( Robert E. Jones) in the amount of ; 1 ,670. 00.
