R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
flail pickup mower; and,
WHEREAS, International Harvester Co. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $2 ,562.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by International Harvester Co. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids of International Harvester Co. in the amount of
$2 ,562.00 for the purchase of a flail pickup mower be accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make
payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
