WHEREAS, bids were received for fencing of the tennis courts
at Klein Park ; and,
WHEREAS, Hurricane Fence Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $3 ,567.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Hurricane Fence Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Hurricane Fence Company is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Hurricane Fence Company in the amount of $3 ,567 .00 for
fencing of the tennis courts at Klein Park .
