R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 5 , 1983, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Elk Construction Company for the demolition of
a structure located at 2080 011ie; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make final
payment in the amount of $1 , 200.00 to Elk Construction Company for
demolition of the structure located at 2080 011ie.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
