R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Deb Oaks Subdivision has
completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street
improvements as follows:
Street Improvements
Richard Street from Oaks Lane to 131.86 feet west
of Oaks Lane and from Oaks Lane east to the
cul-de-sac;
Oaks Lane from Richard Street to Rosemary Street;
Rosemary Street from Oaks Lane to 120 ft. west;
McAnelly Drive from Oaks Lane to the cul-de-sac;
Rosemary from Oaks lane to the cul-de-sac.
Water and Sewer Improvements
Lots 1-12, Block 1 and Lots 1-40, Block 2 ;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to have
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Urban Transportation and
Water Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify
for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained
by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements
in Deb Oaks Subdivision, as above described, be, and the same are
hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City.
