R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into an agreement with Gulf States Utilities Company whereby Gulf
States Utilities Company grants a 507. 5 square foot easement out
of the Thomas Spear Survey to the City of Beaumont for the
Lawrence Drive Force Main, Contract # 9 of EPA Grant #C-481254.
