R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on November 3 , 1981 , the City of Beaumont
awarded a contract to Hycon Construction in the amount of
$452 ,724. 16 for EPA Grant #C°481254-04 - Contract 15 Sewer
Rehabilitation; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT EPA Grant #C-481254-04 - Contract 15 Sewer Rehabilitation is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be,
and he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to Hycon
Construction in the amount of $36 ,549. 48.
