R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1983 the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract for the installation of water line in five (5 ) areas of
the City to D & H Construction Company; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. I is being proposed in the amount
of $9 ,357. 87 to provide for the extension of the water line on Lafin
Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 , in the amount of $9 ,357. 87 , to the contract
between the City of Beaumont and D & H Construction Company.
