R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October 5 , 1982 the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract for construction of Contract I - Sewage Treatment Plant,
EPA Grant No. C-481254-04 to C . F.W. Construction Company; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 is being proposed in the amount
of $19 ,200. 00 to provide paving on the slope of the flood protection
levee, inlet piping, and aluminum trash hoppers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
Change Order No. 4 , in the amount of $19 ,200. 00 , to the contract
between the City of Beaumont and C .F .W. Construction Company .
