R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of
playground equipment, a gazebo and sidewalks in Maganolia Park;
WHEREAS, D & H Construction submitted a bid in the amount of
$33,517 .00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by D & H Construction is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of D & H Construction is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with D & H Construction in the amount of $33 ,517 .00 for the
construction of playground equipment, a gazebo and sidewalks in
Magnolia Park .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
