WHEREAS, on March 1 , 1983, the City of Beaumont approved
Resolution 83-83 awarding to Ace J. Clark a contract in the amount
of $1 ,300. 00 for demolition of the structure at 681 Prince Street;
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the demolition of the structure at 681 Prince Street is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to make final payment to Ace J . Clark in the
amount of $1 ,300. 00.
