R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to ratify
the exercise of the City' s option to purchase Tract 3 of the
Tuberculosis Hospital Property from Jefferson County pursuant to
an agreement between the City of Beaumont and Jefferson County
dated October 7, 1980.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
