R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT joint participation in a project to widen Twenty-Third Street
between the City of Beaumont and adjoining property owners on a
one-third (1/3rd) basis be, and it is hereby , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Beaumont develop
the preliminary plans, cost estimates and agreements to undertake
this project.
