R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 22 , 1982, the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to S & S Enterprises in the amount of $24 ,470.00 for the
Transmitter Building project; and ,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed at a cost of
$24 ,894. 90 due to variations in plans and actual quantities used;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Transmitter Building project is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby ,
authorized to make final payment to S & S Enterprises in the amount
of $24 ,894 . 90.
