R. E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for
elevator maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Elevator Service submitted a bid for
maintenance in the amount of $8 ,736.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Beaumont Elevator Service is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Beaumont Elevator Service is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Beaumont Elevator Service in the amount of $8 ,736. 00
for an annual contract for maintenance of various elevators in City
buildings.
