R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 1 , 1983, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Texas Coatings Application &
Waterproofing Company for the sealing of settlement cracks and
gaps around windows at Citv Hall; and ,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $8 ,659. 00 to Texas Coatings
Application & Waterproofing Company for the sealing of settlement
cracks and gaps around windows at City Hall.
