R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on (2„p the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Ace Clark Construction Company for
the demolition of the following structures:
3030 W. Crockett
645 Elm
2058 Poplar
2930 Pine
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the contract;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make
final payment in the amount of $4 ,800. 00 to Ace Clark Construction
Company for demolition of the structures listed above .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
