R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to grant to
Gulf States Utilities Company an underground electrical service
easement covering the proposed location of electrical service to the
new public restrooms in Babe Didrickson Zaharias Park .
