R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for recycling 1500 cubic yards
of road base materials; and,
WHEREAS, Keown Supply of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in
the amount of $6 ,000. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Keown Supply is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Keown Supply for recycling 1500 cubic yards of
road base materials in the amount of $6 ,000.00 be accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make
payment for same upon completion of the recycling.
