R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 31 , 1983, the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to Greer Construction Company in the amount of
$510 ,224. 87 for the Prince Street Outfall Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed at a cost of
$450 ,231.74 ;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
.THAT the Prince Street Outfall Project is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby ,
authorized to make final payment to Greer Construction Company in
the amount of $22 ,511.59.
