WHEREAS, on December 21 , 1982, the City of Beaumont
awarded a contract to Swain Company , Inc. in the amount of
$35,000. 00 for the Beaumont Municipal Airport Hangar Improvements
Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Beaumont Municipal Airport Hangar Improvements Project is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be,
and he is hereby , authorized to make final payment to Swain
Company , Inc. in the amount of $35,000. 00.
