R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
flail mower; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,874.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Oil City Tractors, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Oil City Tractors, Inc. in the amount of $1 ,874. 00
for the purchase of one ( 1 ) flail mower be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment
for same upon acceptable delivery .
