R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of twenty-five
( 25) lawnmowers; and,
WHEREAS, Rayon' s , of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $3 , 250. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Rayon' s is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rayon' s for the purchase of twenty-five ( 25)
lawnmowers in the amount of $3 ,250. 00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment
for same upon acceptable delivery .
