R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition of
the following structures:
681 Prince
Next to 3699 Goliad
WHEREAS, Ace J. Clark and F.E.H. Construction
(Robert E. James) submitted bids in the amounts of $1, 300. 00
and $1, 670. 00, respectively; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bids submitted by Ace J. Clark and F.E.H. Construction (Robert
E. James) are the lowest and best bids and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Ace J. Clark in the amount of $1, 300 . 00 for
demolition of the structure at 631 Prince and the bid of F.E.H.
Construction (Robert E. James) in the amount of $1, 670. 00 for
demolition of the structure next to 3699 Goliad be accepted
by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized
to make payment for same upon acceptable completion.
