R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of 0 . 1537 of an acre easement out of the W. B . Dyches
Survey needed for the Lawrence Drive Force Main, Contract 9A of
EPA Grant #C-481254 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase from Glenn O. Cudd of 0 . 1537 of an acre easement
out of the W. B . Dyches Survey described in Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby
authorized for the sum of $1 ,205. 10.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
