R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to grant an
electrical distribution guy and anchor easement to Gulf States
Utilities Company covering the proposed location of guy wires on a
0 . 32 acre tract of land south of Calder Road in the Charles Williams
League and described as follows:
A 0 . 32 acre tract of land at a. point on the north
property line, same being the south right of way
line of old Sour Lake Road ( now called Calder
Road) said point being 77 feet east of Grantor' s
west property corner;
THENCE S 050 W , a distance of 18 feet to an anchor
in the ground.
