WHEREAS, on March 10 , 1981 , the City of Beaumont authorized
the City Manager to execute a three ( 3 ) year agreement with Doug
Nelson Catering Service for park activities concessions; and,
WHEREAS, the contract for park activities concessions has
been assigned to Tom Granger;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby approves the assignment of the
contract for park activities concessions by Doug Nelson Catering
Service to Tom Granger;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to execute the appropriate documents approving the
assignment and releasing Doug Nelson Catering Service from its
obligations under the contract.
