BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF' BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter into
a construction and maintenance agreement with the State Department
of Highways and Public Transportation which provides for the
replacement of a wooden bridge on Sulfur Drive over the LNVA Canal.
