R E S 0 L U T 1-0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of carpet for
the Audiovisual Department of the Beaumont Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, Bellard' s submitted a bid in the amount of
$1 ,843. 56 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bellard' s is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Bellard' s for the purchase of carpet for the
Audiovisual Department of the Beaumont Public Library in the amount
of $1 ,843. 56 be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
installation.
