WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of softballs ;
and,
WHEREAS, Bruce Wiggins Sport Shop of Beaumont submitted a
bid in the amount of $5 ,850 .00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bruce Wiggins Sport Shop is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OP' THE CITY OF' BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Bruce Wiggins Sport Shop for the purchase of
softballs in the amount of $5 ,850.00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment
for same upon acceptable delivery .
